GO HERE! The Best Flower Shoppe in Las Colinas, (Florist). Maria was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried other florists in the area but with no luck. Thank you Maria, you were a great help in a time of need!
I really would not recommend this shop to anyone who cares about whom they’re getting flowers for. The costumer service is most definitely inconsiderate, was charged nearly 200 for a flower arrangement and when I asked for a picture to see what it looked like she took 3 days to send it to me and I had to call multiple times just for her to send me a generic picture of flowers that wasn’t even properly focused. I would recommend you go to somewhere else where costumers are understood and appreciated.
If I could give a minus five, I would do it. I am submitting two photos one of what was ordered and one of what was sent. I do not know which is more pathetic the bow or the basket. 75 dollars plus 20 shipping and tax!
I am beyond pleased with the flowers provided for my grandmother’s funeral. I described what I wanted and the product delivered was far more beautiful than I imagined. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and flawless. The shop was able to create these arrangements with short notice and delivered them just as requested. Customer service was phenomenal. I have used Flowers of Las Colinas on many occasion and will continue doing so. I am blown away by the caliber of work each time. You will not regret your purchase
Wow, what can I say? This bouquet I bought was such a beautiful arrangement. My friend's mom passed and she was so thankful to have these as a reminder that even though she is going through a hard time, that she still has all of us to rely on (This bouquet was a gift from my coworkers and I). It was elegant and even included a bow that is not pictured here. We're really thankful we found a local business that offered fast and easy delivery. Also, side note, their customer service is amazing. So, I actually ordered this arrangement on October 5th to be delivered on October 21st. One of the workers accidentally sent it too early on October 7th. This wouldn't have been a problem but my friend was out of the country for a couple more weeks to deal with the funeral. After talking with the owner of the shop, she graciously delivered another bouquet on the appropriate date of October 21st. Both my friend and I were very thankful for this. I couldn't have imagined a better process. I definitely recommend this place and will be using them in the future for such an occasion. P.S. The 2nd bouquet picture was 2 WEEKS after it was delivered (This was the one that was delivered early). I don't have a picture of it in its fresh state, but my friend's niece who received them said they were beautiful.
