SCAM: DO NOT ORDER from them!! I live in Texas and ordered on their website. First they allow your order on their website. Ask for an updated payment; then, once you pay, they inform that they are closed today and will refund your order. 1st: Why allow a selection date of delivery that they are closed. 2nd: Why ask for a payment update if closed or instead of askfor a payment update , inform that they are closed. 3rd: What kind of business doesn’t offer any solutions, like, “however, we can deliver tomorrow at ## a.m.”. This screams scam!!! Try a more reputable and professional florists that’s accountable. Especially, when you select an available date and pay to have it ordered on that date. They are not professional.
FlowersRUs was awesome and the work was beautiful. We ordered 4 lei’s and then added 2 more on short notice for a family event and they were able to accommodate!! The lei’s were absolutely beautiful!! Im a definite customer for life!!
Spent 76 for a custom order and it looked worse than what you could buy at Walmart and arrange yourself. At least Walmart would put a ribbon on it. The design was terrible, looked completely unprofessional and like someone who had never put together an arrangement before had done it. Asked for pink and white as the main colors and yet they gave red roses and somehow added purple in? It wouldn’t have been as bad if they had taken creative liberties to make a nice design but this was genuinely terrible.
My last minute online order arrangement was beautiful and timely, and pickup was so easy! Thank you. My friend loved them!
