Drove 15 hours. Wanted to get at least 2 hours of sleep and they send a guard saying they don’t like anyone parking. No signs posted either. Best to do any type of fill up or shopping anywhere else
Was going to fill up my tank early this morning 5:45 am Quick Trip 2.49 a gallon Petro across street 2.49 a gallon (regular gas) looked ove to Flying Jet signs says 2.17 so went across the fwy and proceeded to go inside the store 50 dlls to fill up she says the price showing outside may not be the same on my register but go ahead and pump your gas I asked why would the price be different from the sign or what the pump shows? She said is not me is the manager that does this all the time I’m like what???!! So I asked to tell me what price is her computer showing she says 2 something do you still want your gas??!!! I said not if the price is higher then the posted price outside she hands me my 50 dollar bill just like that no explanation or whatsoever. Went to Quick Trip and got my gas at the posted price on every sign the have 2.49. SHELL GAS does it all the time I’ve experienced this same issue 3 different times and tbh they getting away with false pricing the State of Texas needs to do something about this matter. Won’t ever ever get gas at any SHELL gas station. DRIVERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. Thank You
Employees are more interested in talking to friends then ringing up customers. 2 different Employees tried making me ring up my own items. I worked my 70 hours this week, I dont need to do their job for them. Went to Loves, where there is customer service.
Absolutely no overnight car parking. Not for a lack of space, they have a massive car lot wrapped around two sides of the building. But if you're passing through the area and need to grab a few hours of sleep you'd best pick somewhere else. They send a guard around knocking on windows telling people to leave. No signs anywhere saying any sort of 2hr parking limit like other Pilots sometimes have.
Showers are not being cleaned for hours, I reserved shower at 10am via app on my phone and 2 hrs later it was still not ready. Workers are walking around,talking to each other, but nobody is cleaning showers. One worker told me to wait, and it will show on the screen when your shower is ready, then another worker told me that screen is not working so you should reserve it at cashier. Another lady told me to wait in the lounge, otherwise you will not get shower. Is that your new rule? It is total mess. Workers are rude, incompetent.
