Just finished a month of PT at Focus Physiotherapy - Madison location. It was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and easy to access. A shout out to Stephanie Fowler (my PT - she is great!) and to Amelia, Jenny and Anna!
An orthopedic surgeon recommended surgery on my Achilles tendon but I wanted to try PT first. I started PT after waiting almost 3 weeks for an appointment at their large facility. It was a rather generic approach to my issue and I was not feeling very hopeful. A friend recommended Focus Physiotherapy in Madison and I am so grateful she did! I was in for the initial evaluation the next day! My therapist was very knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is well run and conveniently located off of Hwy 72 W. I am continuing to make progress and I am pleased with the care I have received. I would definitely recommend Focus Physiotherapy!
Focus Physiotherapy in Madison is amazing! My doctor referred me after an unfortunate accident, and I was anxious to say the least. From the very beginning, Alex—my physical therapist—made me feel completely at ease. She’s patient, encouraging, and truly cares about her patients. Thanks to her guidance, I now have hope and confidence that I’ll be better soon. Alex is amazing, and I highly recommend her and the entire team at Focus Physiotherapy!
I highly recommend Focus Physiotherapy! Both Rachel and Stephanie, who have been treating me after my hip replacement in July, are very knowledgeable and professional. They have been giving me exercises that help strengthen my leg, and they both are excellent at ‘massaging’ the sore areas. The ladies who ‘take over’ the last half of each session (who supervise certain exercises) are good at their jobs also. The area is always clean, and each ‘bed’ is always sanitized after each patient. If someone is injured and needs help recovering, Focus is a good place to go.
If you’re looking for a physical therapy clinic where the professionals truly care about your recovery, I can’t recommend Focus Physiotherapy enough. What really sets them apart is the quality time you get with the doctor. You’re not rushed; your specific concerns are listened to and addressed thoughtfully. I see real progress in my recovery, which made a big difference in my day-to-day life. A heartfelt thank you to Mallory and the entire staff. You’re not only kind and compassionate but also incredibly professional. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help me get better.
