A Massive thank you to Ally! My husband brought my phone in today as it was completely locked and would not open. I was unable to use it :( we booked in to Apple and they said it would be a 2-3 hour wait!!! So my husband went to Fone King to see if they could help us Ally took less than 20secs to fix it, and she did it free of charge!!! Amazing service highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Fone King today. Ally was extremely friendly and very professional throughout the whole process. She helped me pick a phone case that suited my needs and carefully installed a screen protector for me. Great customer service and highly recommended!

The store was visibly busy, but with three staff working I was attended to fairly quickly. I handed my brand new phone to a male staff member to have a protective screen cover applied. My first concern was that he spent ages looking for the product and seemed unsure where the product was and then needed help from another staff member to find it. He then took quite a long time applying the screen, and when he was done, he simply pointed to another staff member to take my payment — without ever mentioning the price beforehand. I was quite shocked to find out it cost $50!!!! After paying, the staff member immediately started serving someone else, and I had to interrupt her and point out my phone, which was sitting face down on the counter, she seem reluctant to give me my phone back. When I left the store and checked, the screen protector was full of bubbles and looked terrible. I took it straight to another shop, where they kindly fixed it free of charge. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed, completely unprofessional, careless, and not worth the money. I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

They took the time to clean the phone properly, ensure no bubbles, and even gave great advice on keeping the screen in perfect condition. Thank you so much to Dominic and his colleague for repairing my phone screen in 30 minutes. That was fantastic enough, but they also very kindly put a protector on the back of the phone, free of charge. You really saved the day as I had urgent documents waiting to be signed, and was unable to use my phone. Thank you for the wonderful service.
