We had a family vacation in Carlsbad and hired Chef Ty for a special dinner for 7 of us. What a wonderful experience with absolutely delicious food!! Everything from the appetizer to salad to the entree and dessert was absolutely delicious with unique elevated flavors! Chef Ty made it super fun with lots of laughter! I highly recommend him!
Chef Ty is amazing and created the perfect dinner for us! It was so good from the first crostini appetizer to the main course of short ribs on Parmesan polenta. And in addition to the delicious food, he was so nice, very interesting and enjoyable to be around. Everything about it was great!

Chef Ty was incredible! He comes with my absolute highest recommendation. Not only was Chef a great person to work with he picked up the slack where another Chef failed. I had contacted him with an issue where another Chef had cancelled on me the night before at 11p for a lunch and dinner that was for the following day. I called Chef Ty at nearly midnight, he contacted his team, worked his magic and was able to provide us with a lunch and dinner for the next day for 10 people! My boss and his family were completely satisfied and happy with the services and food Chef Ty provided. Chef Ty is reliable, dependable, on time, creative and was able to come up with menu options for some of the attendees with *particular food tastes and preferences and he has clear cut, straight forward pricing. His level of professionalism and customer service is through the roof and is unparalleled to any other Chef I have worked with in the San Diego area. Such a lifesaver, thank you so much!!
