She worked hard the entire time, even once we found a home she was there throughout the closing process, fighting for us to get as much as we could from seller and making sure we didn’t overpay in general. Chelsie is honestly the hard-working professional that I know. She sold our house for us. She consulted with us, suggested where to invest our time and money before the sale. She staged our home: stripping out the personal items and arranged the furniture in ways to invite people in and make them see the potential. She's VERY good at staging (so, no need to hire a separate staging person/company). The second most important thing was that she priced it right. The very first buyer that visited made an offer and it was accepted. Done! What a relief. The time she took on the front end paid off with a quick sale at full asking price! The MOST important thing I can say about Chelsie is this: Selling home can be a very stressful time for a homeowner and it is usually made worse by a lack of certainty about the process, the status of things, etc. (Note: as we were selling, we were buying in another city using a different agent... so much was up in the air and unknown... could not get a response by text or phone... just had to trust that our money was being transferred and the sale was going through... disastrous on the cortisol levels.) But Chelsie went over the process, managed our expectations about timeframes which were out of her control, and she responded - day or night - to our queries about the status of things. Even if she had no additional information, she would take our queries seriously and inquire until she had an answer for us. Having the peace of mind that someone was out there that could check on any aspect of the process was GOLDEN to us, and it would be to anyone. Chelsie knows how make you feel that she's your personal friend who is not going to let anything slip by her. She's really, really good!
