I had a wonderful experience at Four Nines (Gilbert) earlier today! I worked with three gentlemen during my visit, and each truly earned 5 stars. I came in to both buy and sell, and they were extremely diligent in their verification process—easy to talk to, explaining every step they took with my treasured pieces. They were honest about market conditions, what they look for, and offered thoughtful suggestions for items they couldn’t purchase. Marc gave me a tour of their stunning inventory, taking the time to understand my personal aesthetic while remaining completely free of the pushy, “salesy” approach so common in the industry. With his guidance and cheerful rapport, I sold two beloved items (plus one I never wore) and found two beautiful new rings to take home. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit—and I’ll certainly be back!
This was my first time going to Four Nines. I was treated with grace and courtesy by the district manager at the Gilbert, AZ store. They understood the emotional edge I was teetering on. They gave me a higher price than anyone else offered. I will be using them for my jewelers from now on and I recommend them very highly. 100/10
Very clean store and friendly staff. Darius helped me pick out a gorgeous gold tennis bracelet that I can’t wait to flash around on the weekend. When you walk in everyone is so welcoming and even if you don’t know what you want, someone will assist you in finding that perfect sparkle. Highly recommend Four Nines based on the welcoming staff and the amazing prices! Lovely store! Can’t add another review but Gary cleaned my ring today and she is shining so good! Gary was super sweet and it was a joy to laugh with him. Thanks again!!!! Hopefully next time I will be in it will be for one of their beautiful one of a kind engagement rings!
