EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS My husband and I bought our wedding jewelry from Franzetti 10 years ago when we were in our early 20s. We ordered a 10 year anniversary band this year in our early 30s. With some minor transactions in between. Over the years I’ve learned that high end businesses, such as Franzetti, don’t always take people in their youth very seriously. We have always been treated with kindness, care, and respect by these fine folks. The whole team. No matter what age we were at the time. Besides our actual wedding bands, the jewelry we have ordered has always been custom made with gemstones from our own family. So just another layer of special, to us. And it’s beautiful. Singular. They spent TIME with us to guide us and understand exactly what it is that we wanted. And delivered. We love Franzetti and will be forever customers. Anything we need for our jewelry will always be their business. Exceeds expectations.

I can’t say enough how amazing my experience was with Tony and his family business. I spent days/weeks searching different places for the right opportunity to design an engagement ring. Tony and his team were the best! They walked me through options, sourced the type I wanted and even custom made the ring as a design I liked. They delivered above and beyond service, communication, expectation and price. I would recommend nowhere else for a ring. Will be back when we need another design in the future. We had the most amazing experience with Franzetti Jewelers! They custom made my engagement ring with my now fiancé, and from start to finish the entire process was incredible. They were so wonderful for him to work with while designing the ring, bringing his vision to life. After our engagement, they went above and beyond again to help us make a few additional customizations, and their care, patience, and attention to detail blew me away. They are so trustworthy, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely want their clients to be happy, but they also take the time to educate you and make sure your jewelry will last a lifetime. We’ll absolutely be buying all of our future jewelry from here. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
While our experience creating a custom ring was good and we enjoyed working with them, and the ring initially looked great, the diamond came loose within a few days after proposal. We mailed it back to Franzetti for it to be fixed, and they pinched the bezel. When we opened the mail, we were dismayed to see the bezel mangled a bit, clearly visible to the naked eye. Then, it came loose again within 9 days. My fiancée works on a laptop at home and isn’t rough on her hands. Even so, we had explained that it should be an everyday ring, and if we had known (or been informed) the ring would be so fragile, we wouldn’t have gone this way. She hasn’t been able to wear her ring and we have to keep spending our spare time looking for a solution with other jewelers. I do appreciate that Franzetti did offer to remake the ring, but we opted to have a local jeweler bolster the bezel. The diamond is still minutely loose even after this other jeweler’s work and they say that’s simply a product of the design, but they assure us that the bezel will hold strong. So, maybe it was fine in the first place. Oh well
