Bob answered the phone because I was floundering with questions and didn't know where to turn. After my accountant of 2 years left me in a bind, Robert Kirnard swooped in and saved the day. I was in a super stressful situation where my accountant dropped the ball several times with a letter from the IRS that gave 30 days to reply. He assured me he'd handle it, then in the 11th hour he decided he was simply too busy, giving me about 4 business days to respond to this letter. I reached out to Robert and was amazed at how quickly and efficient he handled my letter, as well as looking through and explaining details in the process. He also offered me a more than 1 option with how to handle it. I feel secure to use him in business matters going forward and am so grateful with his level of attentiveness as well as professionalism with a straight shooting attitude that I prefer. I've been using Bob Kirnard's CPA services since 2013. He has been there to assist me with my personal taxes current after divorce, find savings, and help file taxes for my deceased father.
