Had to bring our dog in after being hit by a car and we were so happy with their care. We did have a bit of a wait as expected at a ER but they were super busy and they worked hard to keep everyone moving along. From the moment we called we were met with professional and compassionate staff. Everyone was amazing. Super super clean office!!!! Thanks again for taking care of our 90lb baby Zeus!!! Highly recommend!
We are so grateful for the care and compassion the entire team showed our family and our beloved pet. We had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put him down, and the staff handled every step with so much tenderness, patience, and understanding. They treated our pet with love and dignity, and they made sure we felt supported during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Their kindness and professionalism brought comfort when we needed it most. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family. We brought our 7 month old puppy here because she was still bleeding and vomiting after her spay at a different clinic. Everyone was so wonderful and caring and made us felt at ease while performing tests and examining her. It turned out she could not clot at all and would not be able to live a full live. Everyone here was so wonderful and made us feel at ease and comfort while we had to put her down. I pray I never have to have another pet emergency but if I do, I will 100% come here again and know that I will get the best and most compassionate care.
On July 10, I brought my German Shepherd, Max, in after noticing a sudden and alarming change in his activity and attitude. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was very kind and immediately checked us in. We were seen by Dr. Smith, who quickly took action with x-rays, and ultrasound, and bloodwork. She discovered that Max had a mass on his spleen that ruptured and caused his abdomen to fill with blood. Dr. Smith spoke with compassion and patience, answering every question I had. My family and I made the hard decision to let Max go peacefully to end his suffering and reunite him with the Lord. The technician was also wonderfully professional and empathetic, walking us through every step of the process. As a family who had never been through this before, their kindness meant more than words can express. Although I wish Max was still here, I am grateful for how quickly and compassionately the staff diagnosed him and guided us through this hard moment. Their professionalism, empathy, and care gave us some peace during a very hard day in our lives. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone seeking the best care for their pets.
Our dog suddenly fell ill (fungal infection in lungs). We came here and were immediately put in an exam room. The staff was kind and compassionate, explained our options and treated us kindly. Although we don’t have a positive outcome and have only a few days left with our boy, we are so grateful for the care and the promptness and info.
