I've eaten here so many times. Outstanding sushi. Really solid textures. Just reliable. It's been around so long that once or twice we had a halfway not-excellent meal, but they have consistently delivered great sushi for the past 5 years. We had their hibachi once or twice. It's fine. The show, like any tempanyaki, is the experience. Grab the amazing tuna roll if you really want surprise!
Lunch combo Box was delicious! Best Gyoza ever!! (Fried dumplings). Service is fast and efficient. Had a little bit of everything to eat. Did I say I love the clear soup with onion mushroom. Everything is so good.

Overall, it was a great dining experience. The kids always enjoy coming here, especially to watch the chefs cook hibachi-style right in front of them. The chef was very entertaining and kept everyone engaged throughout the meal. The food was tasty, and it’s worth noting that an automatic 18% gratuity is added to the check—understandable, as the chefs are not just cooking, but putting on a performance as well.
Generous portions. Good sushi, large portions given the price. The miso soup is rich and flavorful. It's probably my favorite so far in MKE. Chicken Katsu was good, but I prefer Kawa's more. The atmosphere was nice and clean. The food arrived in a good pace.
