She even caught an error in the game and immediately gave us another turn, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Truly attentive, thoughtful, and professional—she made our day!

My family and I had a lot of fun at Funhaven. I had seen some reviews about the cleanliness, attitude of staff, and broken machines, but thankfully we didn't experience any of that. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Staff were accommodating and understanding of my child on the spectrum, and he was able to enjoy the games, as well. Roller-coaster was the highlight for the boys, although there is also laser tag and an escape room. All the games are a tad pricey, but I can't deny the kids had a blast and won some prizes.

We celebrated our toddler’s 2nd birthday and it was so much fun. Our group isn’t huge nor we anyone has kids. There are only two toddlers in our group and both of them had lots of fun. In fact, adults had more fun 🤣😂 than them. All rides were working. We explored almost all adult games and attractions like laser and all rides, it was so much fun. We booked a big table 100$ per hour and ordered 5 large pizzas 2 large nachos. Everything was spot on and tasty. A lot better than expected. They also gave us a helper who provided everything to us. We will be visiting often now. Thank you for the experience.

The FunHaven experience lived up to the name, very fun, however we did have a few complaints. I highly recommend it for the kids and even for adults looking for a fun night out. They have several virtual reality attractions, including a really cool 4 player shooting game (image below) that honestly blew my mind! They have a variety of arcade games and attractions for the kids that we all enjoyed (ages ranged from 2-25) from VR to bumper cars, and the Ben Ottawas ONLY ROLLER COASTER! The staff however was rude on one certain instance. We scanned two kids into the play area (which the kids loved!) and the employee accused us of only scanning once. We had to go up and get physical evidence at the front desk and make our kids (who are 2 and 3 years old…very impatient as you can imagine) wait. While I do understand the reasoning it would’ve been nice to just let the kids play while we went and got our evidence, so I do believe this is a good improvement the leadership could advise employees on. Other than forcing our kids to wait to play while we got our evidence of payment the entire attraction was fun and well worth the CA$115 we spent for several hours of fun!

Very fun arcade place that our young kids loved. It is a bit on the pricier side I'd say, but we did plan to spend a few hours there so we went in prepared to pay a good amount of money. Basically you buy credits to spend how you want. Entries vary between 8 to 35 credits depending on each arcade game device. It was 55$ for 240 credits when we visited (you get a small discount when buying a bigger amount of credits). We ended up buying around 900 credits for our whole stay, about 4-5 hours, for 5 adults and 2 children. You get "tickets" when playing arcade games that are stored on your provided card. You can then exchange them for prizes but be advised that we got 450 tickets in total and were only able to exchange them for stickers and very small toys. You won't be getting anything interesting unless you go back a bunch of times (and even then). Laser tag was very fun! The staff members were also very accommodating, having my young son quickly visit the laser tag arena (he was anxious not knowing what it was like). He liked it so much we went in a second time. Each laser tag game/round lasts 12 mins and costs 35 credits per person. Overall a very pleasant experience for the whole family!
