NOPE! My poor baby hasn't been the same since I picked him up from his 5 day overnight. SOMETHING happened but NOONE noticed that he was covered in dried feces for DAYS and so much so that we had to take him to the emergency room upon picking him up. Fever, infection, fear. It took him an entire week to come out from under the bed after he got home. Response "he was so happy" but when we picked him up he was crying in the backroom. They said 'he was happy to see you thats why he was crying'. They 'said' they would credit me for the stay. They have a groomer on site but noone noticed his condition. IF that was what happened. I asked for video but never received it. My friend had her dog there at the same time and she saw him in the same position at mornig dropoff and night pickup and HE NEVER MOVED. But they said 'thats where he sits'. I hope he returns to his normal happy self but SOMETHING happened there that only he knows. Also ANIMAL CONTROL was there investigating one day but I was told it was a 'false call'. Keep in mind that every day I received an update saying how happy and playful he was. The emergency vet said it was the worst they have seen. Noone watches the dogs. It is a free for all. Never again!!!! Never! I'll just pay off my $1900 emergency bill and figure out a safer option. PS also my friend's dog wasnt allowed to go to any other boarding place because of 'unpredictacle' behavior but Fur Babies had no problem taking them at all. In fact, they said 'No problem'.

We were in town visiting and brought our pup here to play for the day. We did a quick temperament test and the staff was able to accommodate us on a days notice. The staff were super friendly and my dog loved it there. We really liked how they emailed us a report card and several photos throughout the day of Daisy playing and having a blast. Will definitely come back if we are ever in town again.

I took my dog Reuben to the N Scottsdale location today. It was his first groom so I was a little nervous. They assured me he was in good hands and not to worry. My little guy easily went with the staff. They said they would call me when Reuben was done and they did. She said he looked adorable which made my ride back to the shop worry free. I was thrilled with the groom. Reuben was happy and excited. I think he thought he looked pretty good too. He smells amazing too! Thanks to everyone at Fur Babies!! After and before below.

Our puppy loved this place. The girls are real friendly and nice. It is well maintained place. We are in scottsdale often for dining, So its good solution to leave our baby here and not feel guilty she is home alone . We bought half day packages and we will recommend them to our friends and family

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I bring my Skye Terriers for a Spa day every 4 weeks. This breed is very rare and not a lot of groomers are familiar with it. I’m so happy I found Furbabies and my dogs are always looking so good and happy after grooming day. I asked girls to give me a tour and wanted to see where my dogs staying while they get groomed and let me tell you… They sit in a luxury room with a bed and a TV. I was pleasantly impressed of the quality of the service my dogs receive. I would never choose another place to bring my dogs to. They treat them like their own.
