All the employees I encountered (salespeople and delivery folk) were super nice! I bought a couch and paid for it to be delivered, but when they tried to deliver it, it didn't fit into my apartment! My fault, I didn't realize how big the actual couch was (they only had a sectional on the show floor). So I went down to the store and got the loveseat version instead, which was slightly cheaper, and the salesperson was so nice and didn't charge me another delivery fee! (Even though he said he should.) They just called it even since I was technically downgrading. Very accommodating and polite staff, and I got my loveseat the same day. Very very happy with my experience buying from them.
