Store promised an amazing black friday deal starting at 12 am Thursday night/ friday morning. yea so this was fake. i went to the store, got there before 12 am and everything was "sold out" how is everything sold out when thw sale hasn't even started. and the truck parked up front only had tables and chests in it, not a single couch. waste of time energy and effort. Just a ploy to play on the emotions of people.
I love shopping in here. I've made a few large purchases and the process was really quick and easy
As someone who runs a 501c3 charity. I do not recommend this place. I had two seniors I wanted to help. I walked in paid cash for the bedroom sets including delivery and installation. It was revealed to me weeks later that those seniors had Bed Bugs and were still being treated. Unfortunately, the SC in the senior building neglected to share that information. However, if I’d known, I never would’ve purchased those items. It has been a month and no delivery because the seniors keep rescheduling. I called the store to let them know we needed a refund because we only receive a small portion weekly to run the mission, and I needed those funds to help others who are in an immediate need. I was denied a refund. I’m overly disappointed because no one has a genuine heart or concern for others anymore and it’s disheartening. If they never received anything at all, why no refund? It’s pure greed! Now, instead of having a repeat customer who shops for those less fortunate for a living. You have a bad review and I always share my experiences with colleagues and friends. Good or Bad. This one I won’t soon forget
