Had a great experience yesterday working with Mike at Furniture Land. We ordered new mattress off of Amazon, and it was absolutely terrible. We had already built our new bed frame so wanted a new mattress quick. Most mattress stores are out of budget so we found Furniture Land close by and took a chance. The store isn’t huge, but they had a good selection of mattresses, especially ones more on the firm side which we like. We found one we loved and Mike checked the back and confirmed it was in stock. He worked with us on the shipping cost and got it delivered to our home nearby within an HOUR. You cannot get that customer service anywhere. Just be mindful, since this is a discount furniture store; there are no returns (you can get store credit I think). But, because we could lay on the bed and didn’t take a chance of ordering online, we felt confident in our decision. I’d also like to add that we didn’t feel pressured like most furniture stores. Mike and this other worker kept their distance and offered help when needed. We will definitely be back.
This place is really awesome... they have a huge variety of great furniture with great deals... you won't leave disappointed!.. give them a try... I'm going back!
Very professional and beat all prices of all the other stores would recommend for any furniture needs especially mattress ask for Mo got me the best deal and great customer service would come again
The owner Mike is easy to work with! Me and my wife brought furniture from him 8/31/24 and when we had a problem with something, he had us come in and he treated us as if we were family. I saw 3 kids in his store climbing and jumping on some of his displays and I watched him; I was upset and pointed it out but he wasn’t even mad, he simply said I’m not worried about that it’s ok, waived his hand and continued smiling and being polite! Good prices, great customer service, nice quality furniture. I will return and will recommend this place.
