What a great experience working with Chris. We had an heirloom down filled loveseat no one really wanted in the family. It’s now a custom updated piece and so beautifully done! Chris is an artisan and shares his work during the process, is up front on repairs needed (or Not!) and was transparent about the process. It is worth the time and effort. Beautiful work and highly recommend!

Chris was so kind and courteous! My elderly father had been living with a broken lift recliner for over a year. We felt a little foolish when Chris got there, replaced the cord and voila! we’re back in business. With heat and massage! We didn’t know what to do with it, but sure glad we called Chris. His price was more than fair and even though our job was small, he treated us wonderfully. I can’t recommend him more. A busy guy, but give him a call! He’ll find time for you.

I had a 25 year old Leather Center Sofa that I was emotionally attached to. I had re-colored it myself with a leather balm but the seat cushions were worn through. I was going to 'patch' them myself when my wife told me to find someone who knew what they were doing; this was Chris at The Furniture Specialist. I had found some faux leather that matched the original leather very well and they reconstructed the seats and they looked GREAT! It's been 2 1/2 years since we had the cushions re-done and they still look great and I still love my sofa. Can't say enough positive things about this business.

I emailed Chris for a quote on a Saturday, not expecting a response until Monday. I received a response Saturday afternoon, and we had our appointment scheduled very quickly. We had him repair some seams on our couch that our puppy had ripped out. Our couch looks brand new. He was very quick with the repair as well. Would definitely recommend to others.
