Easy to contact, schedule an appointment, and get a quote. Their price for a Bradford water heater with permit was reasonable compared to 2 other businesses I reached out to. They were friendly, quality of service was great, water heater install was.qukcer than expected. The only feedback that could be better was they arrived 30 min late than expected which worried me a little but I called them to confirm that they were on the way and they were just running late. Wish their system would text me that they were running a bit late. Other than that, I highly recommend them and would use them for other services. Thank you!
Quick, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and thorough. Max was great! I’d call Fuse again for service and ask for Max specifically. He was excellent and made a good recommendation but didn’t put any pressure on us to take his suggestion. He was prepared and on time. Overall seamless experience and hopefully our issues will be resolved without a callback.
I had a great experience from start to finish with Fuse. Alex C. installed a new Navien heat pump water heater for us. To my surprise, he and another technician showed up on time, which is rare for contractors. The project was completed in the projected time (about 8 hours). Alex even noted that we had too much water pressure coming into the house. Alex provided a quote to install a pressure regulator. I received quotes from several contractors for both the water heater install and the pressure regulator install. Fuse offered the best price for both projects. My only critique is that they left some saw dust on my driveway after the water heater install. Overall, my experience with Fuse was excellent. I had Alex come back out a week later to install a pressure valve regulator. He showed up early and completed the job in a few hours. Since I was pleased with the two previous jobs completed by Fuse, I hired them to install a bathroom fan. Samson, the technician, showed up on time and completed the install. I’ve had issues with contractors not cleaning up after themselves in the past, but that was not the case with Samson. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Samson broke the switch cover during the install, but he came back later in the evening to replace it. Overall, I’ve had three good experiences with Fuse.
I couldn't be happier with the entire process with FUSE, from the original planning visit through installation. The whole team is very helpful, has perfected the AC replacement process and are incredibly talented. The install was done in less than the planned time even in February rain and cold. They meticulously removed the old 47 year old gas furnace and outside AC condenser, built a box and case for the new inside air handler, installed all the components including the electrical wiring and plumbing inside and outside, rewired the external electrical box, charged and tested the system to confirm it was operating to its best, setup the included smart thermostat and internal electrical connections, and got me fully operational in less than the 2 days expected. And a lot more, its not an easy job. They take care of the permits and coordinate everything you need to quickly replace your old worn out equipment, and in my case, transition from burning gas to a much more efficient all season heat pump. They can help with financing options as well. Truly an A+ organization of super nice and helpful people. 5 Star experience if there ever was one, I highly recommend. Thank you FUSE Service!
We had a very positive experience with Fuse after we hired them to do our mini split in the master bedroom. The price was one of the lowest we had received, and the installation was very seamless and streamlined. In particular we liked our service man, Alexandr. He was super knowledgeable and worked hard to get the project done by the end of the day. Our room is now very comfortable. We had a total lack of airflow coming into that room. The Mitsubishi product we had installed was worth the extra money we paid. There is an app on our phone to control it along with a remote. All in all, it cools the room almost instantaneously! I wanted to add that anytime we wanted to call the office to ask a question, the receptionists were very helpful. This is a very good company with very good people! Highly recommend!
