The battery I received was not working. It’s too expensive to reopen the phone, and post-sale support was unhelpful. Disappointed. I won’t spend more money on this. I saw how they measured voltage at the beginning, no reading at all. They installed it, left it charging for 30 minutes while I walked around Westfield. When I came back, it hadn’t charged, they checked the amperage and nothing. Then, they put the original battery back in, and everything "worked fine". The new USB port worked without any problems. Thanks for your quick response. I’m not expecting a refund or anything, just leaving my experience with you. Regards

Very poor quality and dishonest service. As a local phone repair shop, I will never buy from them again and do not recommend them at all. I purchased two iPhone 15 Pro screens, and they turned out to be low-quality 60Hz versions—something they never informed me about beforehand. My customer rejected the repair because of this. When I asked, they said they don’t have 120Hz versions yet, but would call me when stock arrives. That call never came. Now, they simply say it’s “bad luck” and refuse to take any responsibility, claiming that once the screen is out of the store, it can’t be returned or exchaned —even though they never disclosed the spec difference before purchase. This is completely misleading and unacceptable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My iPhone charging pot wasn’t working and went there for replacement but the INDIAN guy just cleaned it and it works perfectly now. Prices are cheap as compared to other phone shops as well. Quick and Professional service. You must visit once and then choice is yours. Highly Recommended.
