I bought a replacement ear cushions for my headphones, couldn't for the life of me clip them in, took them to GRP, within 5 seconds they were done! And I wasn't even charged for it! What service! Now I know where to go for any problems with electronic goods and computers. Thank you so much!

Just had my laptop screen replaced by Peter. The process was so easy! I called the shop, he got me to send some pics of the issue and details about the laptop (make, model etc). Within an hour of sending these through to him, he provided me with a quote and an estimate on how long it would take to repair. I took my laptop down, it was fixed and ready to collect within 40 minutes! The service was great and reasonably priced, too. I hope I don't break any more appliances/devices, but if I do, I would definitely go back. Thanks Peter!

I have an oculus rift S which has discontinued production like years ago. i have a drifting controller problems after years of using it (its damaged, not just dirty and need a replacement parts.) i’ve tried several repair shop and none are able to fix it because of the parts that is not widely available anymore. Well, this store takes a great effort finding a replacement parts and manage to fix my controller completely! it takes a while to find and ship the parts, but i still really appreciate their effort. (they even offer me a 100% refund if i want it because it takes too long) but i am okay waiting and it is fixed without any problem :) Also, i paid less (minus service fee) then what the parts actually cost because of the long waiting time (1 month) as a compensation. this store deserve a 5 stars for service, it’s worth a try. 👍

Great Service!! I went in with a pretty difficult and complex issue that my laptop was dealing with that other places weren't able to fix, and the people here managed to solve it in a decent amount of time saving me from missing out of any work. Amazing customer service as they were responsive and thorough with the explanation on problem. The price was also cheap and reasonable compared to other places. Would definitely come back here for any tech problems :)!!!

Schrecklicher Service. Entsetzlich schlechter Kundenservice und eine totale Abzocke. Sie haben mein IPhone 8, das ich nur zu einer einfachen Bildschirm-Reparatur zu ihnen gebracht hatte, absolut ruiniert. Mein Telefon funktioniert seitdem nicht mehr so gut. Es wirkt, als wäre es die meiste Zeit gehackt worden. Sie haben mir auch einen gefälschten Displayschutz verkauft, der seine Pflicht, mein Telefon zu schützen, nicht erfüllt hat. Ich bin zu ihnen zurückgekehrt und sie weigerten sich, mir das Geld zu erstatten oder den von ihnen angerichteten Murks zu beheben. Bitte nehmt eure Geräte nicht zu diesen Leuten. Sie werden euch das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen und danach totale Funktionsstörung des Geräts verursachen. Der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe.
