-Purchased theatre couch Feb 2025., cost extremely expensive but I loved it. The display wedges were also not functioning properly but I was guaranteed they would when I get mine. -Couch delivered June 2025, cup holder section of both wedges don’t function properly. -Technician came Sept 2025, could not fix both wedges. -Another technician Feb 2026 to totally replace 2 x wedges, finally functioning correctly 🤪 Nearly one year!!! During this time, we were treated very poorly by the warranty staff member. Treated as if it was all our fault and we just have to wait. The attitude that came through to both myself and my husband was discussing, we ended up refusing to talk to her and only spoke to the staff at the branch of purchase. Glad it’s over but worried if anything else goes wrong in the future.

We recently ordered replacement chairs from Gainsville and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We had previously found them great to deal with, but things changed once it became clear that our dining chair leather was faulty and needed replacing. There was a lack of communication around what we needed to do to prepare for the replacement, which led to the first delivery being unsuccessful. When contacting the office, it felt hostile and no apology was provided for the run around I had to do. On the second attempt, the delivery person was focused on their phone rather than communicating with me, especially after the earlier mix-up. I myself apoligised for having my meeting running in the background because I thought it was the polite thing to do. Gainsville also doesn’t provide scheduled delivery windows, so I had to set aside two separate mornings just to complete what should have been a straightforward chair swap. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with how this was handled and hope the company can improve their communication and delivery processes moving forward.

Absolutely impressed both with the product (Vienna electronic storage bed + Infinity Cloud mattress) and the service from the showroom through to delivery/assembly. Nikaela (Southbank) was incredibly patient and helpful during my numerous decision-making visits!! Yes, the production lead time was lengthy, but the bed is absolutely worth the wait!!! The delivery team were terrific too. From Nick’s excellent communication about their expected arrival time, right through to assembly completion, the guys were absolute professionals. They had to navigate a tight spiral staircase, and did so carefully, effectively and without complaint. I couldn’t be happier with the bed and the service from all in the Gainsville team. Can’t wait to decorate my new bedroom!

I was waiting for my order to be delivered so I couldn’t comment on the quality of the product. The lady in charge of online orders was VERY helpful and ensured that my order was quickly followed up and delivered safely and on time. I love the arrangement, however it didn’t work in the space I was planning to put it. I am moving it to different areas because I want it to work and I think I might be able to make it work. Gainsville have kindly offered me to exchange or return it if it is still unsuccessful. Thank you Gainsville. Great service and lovely, quality products!

We bought from Gainsville Furniture. Kind and friendly staff. They told us they can deliver mid December or first of January due to holiday. It was easy to reach out to them and they were always available to ask about delivery etc.They are really professional. I am happy with my purchase. Highly Recommended😊
