This is the first time we tried in this restaurant. Ja-Jang-Myeon taste very good. And the lady who serves us is nice. Will try again.
My cousin and I went for dinner at 530 on a Wednesay and glad we did because we missed a big group that filled that filled the restaurant. Soy & Garlic chicken was great and the noodle dish was also delicious. I will return to try the other chicken flavor. We recommend this place. Small seating so good early.
The staff are very nice and accomodating, proactively offering us to move to a bigger table based on the amount of food ordered, etc. The food was very good, the JajangMyeon sauce was delicious and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The tangsooyuk was also good, with the breading being quite thin compared to the pork. 5/5
This is my second to have dinner in this place. The food is excellent and cheap compared to many other korean restaurants in bay area. And, the service is always good. Even though there is always one waitress working there, but she is nice and attentive. Do not go to Pyeong Chang Restaurant which is close to this one, their service is awful, they do not greet, and ignore me and my brother even though they saw us, and did not come to take order for us.
The black bean noodles here are delicious – rich sauce, chewy noodles, and good portion size. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quickly. Prices are reasonable for Oakland. Definitely a good spot when you crave Korean-Chinese food!
