Geddes Unlinskas and his team are a joy to work with. He's smart, intuitive on the big picture, and importantly, figures out how to meet the client's needs. Geddes is also a wonderful human being who really cares abut his client's hopes and dreams and strives to make it all happen. On a practical note, Geddes is organized, a creative problem solver and technically proficient managing the construction and contractor. A good communicator!

We worked with Geddes Ulinskas Architects on a full remodel of our early 1900s San Francisco home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Because of the home’s age, it required major structural changes—but Geddes and his team handled everything with ease, professionalism, and creativity. Geddes was incredibly easy to work with, and his entire staff was friendly, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Even though he’s known for designing high-end luxury properties, he treated our project with the same care and attention. We always felt like our home truly mattered. We absolutely love the results and can’t recommend Geddes and his team enough. We will hire him and the firm again for sure!
