I would leave zero stars if I could. Overall summary, I don’t mind waiting but don’t tell me it’ll be 20 minutes when its going to be 1hr+ Called them at 9:15 AM. Dispatcher told me a tech would call me. Tech called at 9:23 AM and told me it would be 20 minutes. No one was here by 10:00 AM so I tried calling the tech. No answer. Called the dispatcher at 10:12 AM. She said the tech would be giving me a call. No one did. Tried calling the tech again at 10:25 AM. No answer. Called dispatcher again. She said the tech would call. No one did. Called dispatcher again and got the same run around. Called another facility and they said they could be here in 20 minutes. I called the dispatcher to cancel my request. I told her unless the tech would be here in the next 5 minutes I’m going somewhere else. She put me on hold, then told me she would request the dispatcher to call me. As soon as I said I’m cancelling my request she hung up on me.
