This gym has a lot to improve on, especially for the prices that they are charging. Machines are broken and rusty, 60% of the treadmills are broken or non functioning. The sauna boards are splintering, the tiles in the shower are broken and have sharp edges. The floors are always dusty and dirty and it doesn’t look like they get cleaned often. There are bugs on the floor of the lifting area. The ventilation system has built up dust so it makes me think when was the last time they changed the filters. Theres signs of mold starting, and the paint on walls is chipping. The water filter went 2 MONTHS with out changing..I come at night and Tiffini does a excellent job of doing what she can to keep our gym clean. I always see her walking around the gym and picking up. She always has a great attitude and makes sure to greet everyone when they come in and when they leave. I give her 5 stars but the gym 1. Something has to be done to renovate this gym and get it up to standard. Other gyms are charging cheaper and have better quality facilities. When I first got my membership here in 2021 we were allowed to go every where, now they locked the group-ex/dance room where I liked to take my progress pictures because of the lighting… This gym doesn’t even let us sit on the chairs anymore… The only reason I haven’t switched gyms is because im a long time member and I hate seeing what this gym has become. Also what happened to the PROTEIN DRINKS…..

Easy Lawsuit to be obtained$ for whomever is interested Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. A staff member will turn off the lights 5-10 minutes earlier than closing hours all through out the gym in an attempt to rush members out of the gym. Some places, people will find are very dark and will be unable to see walking around, down the stairs and more. Hope someone doesn't have a good trip$

I went in planning to do the 3-day free trial, but I ended up getting a membership instead. I’ve been going for about two days now, and my first impression of the gym has been really good. Since I’m new to working out in a gym, having a welcoming environment helped a lot. Chazz was super friendly and talked me through everything, and he always greets me when he’s there, which honestly makes the experience better.

Very affordable and a nice set of options for machines. The parking lot always looks more busy than it really is inside. I do wish the personal trainers would teach their clients how to wipe down machines. I’ve never seen it happen once so far. It would help to have more staff watching since the wipes are consistently empty.

I did my membership online and Mikayla still took the time to show me around. She showed me everything and I really appreciated that. She was very kind and made me feel super welcomed as someone who hasn’t been to the gym in almost 10 years. I give her 5 stars. The gym I’ll give 3 stars. It is a little crowded around 9pm. They do a good job keeping it clean! They don’t have a pool, so the $30 a month shouldn’t be that much considering the amenities are falsely advertised given the website and photos. :/. The sign out front says $9.95. I got the premium membership or premier. && that’s also falsely advertised. I can’t workout 24 hours. So I don’t appreciate the lack of integrity (which has nothing to do with employees & everything to do with the gym.) I like the location. Love the sauna.
