GetMovers was recommended to me by friends and family, and since it was my first time hiring movers, I wasn’t sure what to expect. They absolutely didn’t disappoint. The sales manager, Divine, was great to deal with very responsive on the phone and patient with all my questions. That alone helped ease a lot of the stress before moving day. On the actual move in Montreal, the movers Ramon, Mathieu, and Alex were extremely efficient. They packed everything carefully, handled our belongings with respect, and worked steadily without wasting time. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. The pricing was very affordable compared to other companies I looked into, especially for the level of service provided. They took a huge weight off my shoulders and made the whole process feel manageable. If I ever need to move again, I won’t hesitate to hire GetMovers. Truly a 10/10 experience in both service and value.

We were referred to GetMovers by neighbors and friends, and the recommendation held up. Ramon and two other movers showed up right on time at our place near Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie in Montreal and got straight to work. They moved efficiently, wrapped the furniture carefully, and paid real attention to protecting walls, corners, and floors. You could tell they were being intentional, not just rushing through it. Booking started online and then continued over email, which was easy enough. Pricing was explained upfront, including the vehicle fee and what to expect, so there were no surprises later. Straightforward and clear, which I appreciated. Communication was smooth overall. Ramon explained things clearly, and even when language got a bit mixed with the other movers, we managed just fine using a translation app when needed. They kept checking with us had us walk through the place, confirm furniture placement, and even double-check the truck so nothing was left behind. I did change my mind at the last minute and asked to swap the sofa sets between the living room and family room. I felt a little bad asking, but they didn’t hesitate or act annoyed, just got it done. I’ve used movers before with very mixed experiences. This was different. They worked about 4 and a half hours straight, no random breaks, no distractions, just consistent effort (aside from the drive to the new place). Pleasant to deal with the entire time. Would absolutely use GetMovers again and would request Ramon without thinking twice.

I used Get Movers earlier this year for a move within Quebec, and I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to fault. It was a 2br apartment move, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the timing was accurate, and the movers stayed focused the entire time. What I appreciated most was the transparency the estimate I was given held true, and when there was a chance the cost could’ve been slightly lower than expected, they actually followed up to confirm it. That level of honesty goes a long way. Huge thanks to Ramon, Mathieu, and Alex for making the move far less stressful than I anticipated. Coordinating packing was made simple with their expert team. The reasonable price made the whole experience even better. Overall, the moving service was great and stress-free.
