I love this Hallmark shop!! So many things to look at and buy! Best selection of cards and gifts….and so much more! Great service with wonderful people! 5 star every day!!!
Was there shortly after 5pm on Sunday to get a classy sympathy card for my boss who lost his mother over Christmas. But they were already closed even though thier hours are posted as 6pm on Sunday. Glad Frys next door was open. Not sure how a speciality store like them can stay in business.
I went on the 10th day of giving. It was 50% off grinch and nightmare before Christmas. I got one of each. The employee gave me the discount on the grinch. Forgot the nightmare before Christmas. Went back the next day and the manager and employee were extremely rude and acted as if I picked thereceipt up outside for cash.She actually had the temerity to say this ! Told me I had to have the item and the when we said it would just go back on the same card she lied and said no. Said she’s do it this time still acting rude as all get out. Do not recommend this place
Always sad to leave reviews that aren’t positive. Visited the store to return a gift my daughter received. I was told by the young lady working the front cash register to pick out something new to switch it out. My 2 year old daughter chose a new bear to her liking. An older lady stocking cards came over to help the young cashier during the transaction and found enjoyment in denying the exchange due to no receipt. I explained it was a gift again and she smugly said no again, smiling and being extremely passive aggressive. It wasn’t so much the policy that was frustrating, but more so the attitude from the older employee. I’m disappointed because this transaction was so clearly for a small child and it really left a sour impression with my husband and I. We left with my child crying because she was attached to her new bear that she thought would be taking home.
