I would give her 6 stars if I could because she goes beyond the call of duty. We are so glad we found Courtney. We used to always feel bad when we couldn’t bring all our dogs with us and worry when we if we left them in a kennel. Now we feel confident they’re in great care when we’re away and they get to stay home in familiar surroundings. The time to pet software she uses is very thorough and covers everything she may need to know. It’s a little bit of work to fill out all the info, but once it’s done it makes everything very simple to rebook and pay. After each visit she takes the time to send notes and pics, which always puts a big smile on our face when we’re missing our furry friends. We pay the little extra to have her spend a little more time with them, and I’m confident it’s well worth it. I would highly recommend Ginger Tails Pet Service
Courtney is the best🙏💕. She was referred to us at the off leash so I put the info on the back burner. But a few days later, my wife was taken down by 3 very large roughhousing dogs there so I contacted Courtney who made herself available for a quick meet/greet and took care of Jers during all the hospital trips. She takes great care of our Jersey and he absolutely LOVES her. We are so gratefull for her.
Courtney has done an excellent job. She has an efficient and easy booking system, she is reliable and it’s so nice to get a message when she’s walked my dog to know all is well. Truly gives me peace of mind. From the very first visit she was kind and gentle with my tiny toy poodle. Lola has warmed up to her quickly and it’s clear from the videos Courtney sends that Lola is loving her walk. I would recommend Ginger Tails without hesitation. It’s an excellent service.
Courtney is trusting, reliable and professional. If I'm going to be away for the day, Courtney comes by to check in, feed and play with my girl Roxy. A nice report of her visit is always promptly sent to me. She's also helps take care of my feathered friends when we are away. Sometimes life throws a curve ball into your schedule and Courtney is there to help care for your critters 🐶🐇🐦
We LOVE Courtney, she takes us on long walks and gives us the most delicious treats. She takes care of us when mom is away and makes sure we pose for pics so mom can see us being good little pups. We LOVE you Courtney 💖 💖Lilo & Stitch
