- Unreliable, Disorganised & Poor Customer Service - I scheduled plumbing work and received email confirmation with an arrival window between 08:00 and 12:00. No plumber arrived. By 13:30, I had to contact their office to find out what was going on. Initially, they informed me I wasn't on their records. They then informed me that the assigned plumber wasn't available due to other work and nobody else could cover. The earliest rescheduled appointment was next week! If you're looking for dependable and competent plumbing services, I would recommend exploring other options 👎
Very efficient service contacted and next day came out and installed new toilet. Very good company and would highly recommend them. Extremely satisfied with result.
Great communication on a Sunday evening from the director of the company in response to both a boiler and a gas meter issue leaving me with no heating or hot water. He quickly followed this up with a quote for the work, whuch was reasonable and an undertaking to get the job done first thing in the morning. The engineer duly attended and quickly and efficiently sorted both problems out, returning heat and hot water to my home. The engineer was great to deal with, and cleaned up after himself leaving the place spotless Communication with the office manager was excellent too. Will absolutely use this local firm again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. 👍 PD
Came out to do a small job, charged the full amount. Guy was nice enough who did the work and said if we had trouble to email back but when we emailed to say it hadn’t worked they advised we get in contact with the original workers who put our bathroom in. We explained they weren’t replying but Glasgow City Plumbers then didn’t want to do the job, saying they didn’t want to inherit another companies problem. So they took our money and never fixed the problem. Would NOT recommend.
My boiler packed in between Christmas and new year. The guys came out fitted a new one, were on time, cleaned up and reasonably priced. Would use again and have already recommended them to others. Thanks again 👍
