My friend and I visited Gloss for the first time for pedicures on Saturday and unfortunately, had a very poor experience. We were 4 minutes late for our appointment time, which I fully realize is our fault! We walked in and by the time they took to seat us and then grab our beverages, our pedicures didn’t start until after 11:10. The gal who was doing my friends services made us feel very unwelcome. The nail tech asked how the water was, and my friend replied that it was a little hot and the nail tech basically turned on the facet for 1 second and begrudgingly asked if that was better. My friend replied that it was still a little hot and the nail tech again put in very little cool water and said that it will cool down really quickly and she will be fine soon, while it was still far too hot. She felt uncomfortable asking again given the nail.techs attitude and had far too hot of water for the entire service. Then, she asked if my friend wanted regular polish or gel and my friend replied that she would like gel. The nail tech replied “well since you were late, we can’t do gel.” Why offer if it wasn’t an option? She also told my friend that she would not get a massage, which was a part of our service, again since we were late and she had to remove her existing gel. We both were completely rushed through a service that cost over $60 each. Again, I completely recognize that being a few minutes late is our fault and take full responsibility for that, but we were treated very poorly in response. I had heard such great things about gloss and was excited for our services but I will not be returning.

Shiann was amazing! That girl is a whole vibe and she will be my go to nail tech from now on at Gloss. Shiann was so kind, attentive, and conversational but still gave me the space to be quiet and read my book. She did an amazing job on my pedicure and her foot massage pressure was 10/10. I would recommend her to anyone! 🤍

Shiann did a wonderful gel manicure! An absolute perfectionist when it came to my French tip. I have had many other manicures by her before and would recommend her to anybody. Very friendly and sweet.

Second pedicure I have gotten here. Absolutely amazing! Leanna did my pedicure and I will absolutely be going back to her! She is so nice and personable and makes you feel so comfortable! 10/10!

Love this nail salon and all the people that work there. Meagan, the owner is so kind and welcoming. She’s definitely my new nail gal, my nails turned out great! I had a pedi from another lady there and she did a great job too! Cute place, clean, great amenities and a coffee shop next door provides convenience as well. Highly recommend!
