I read the mixed reviews. This made me want to go to this jeweler even more. I met the owner Michael, he explained his issues with the parking spots. Basically he had people parking in his parking lot that weren't there for the jewelry store. His patrons had to walk longer distance with valuable baubles. I completely understand why he wants his customers to park literally 20 ft from the front door. We ended up buying a couple of pieces. Not only was the price Fair, but the vintage estate jewelry was of excellent quality. I get the sense that Michael is inherently honest and a very good Craftsman. I would recommend without hesitation his services to anyone.
Went in here a few months ago with my dad, didn’t purchase anything, but came back today to find out about getting a ring repaired after a friend told me she had a positive experience. Price was so good, they did the repair in less than 10 minutes. I also scored the cutest little ring. Thank you- will be back 🤍
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Gold Casters. I came in expecting professionalism and quality service, but got the exact opposite. The staff was unhelpful and borderline rude, like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging I was there. The store might claim to offer custom creations and repairs, but I wouldn’t trust them with a keychain, let alone jewelry. Not only did they miss the deadline they promised, but the work they did looked rushed and sloppy. No communication, no accountability, and certainly no care for customer satisfaction. For a place that has been around a while, you’d think they’d know how to treat people. Definitely not coming back, and I’d suggest you look elsewhere too if you value your time and money.
The owner Michael did an excellent job fixing my 24k necklace. It was the smallest broken chain, hard to see and now I can't even feel or spot the difference then when I got it new. Thank you very much! I'm so happy 😁
