Seriously, how are these guys so happy on a Friday arvo? Rocked up on what was clearly their busiest day. Absolute madness. And somehow Meg, Jodie, Andy and Sienna (the new legend) were still having a laugh, still smiling, still making time for me like I was the only customer there. They even made me a barista quality coffee while I waited. At a panel shop. On their busiest day. The job I brought in? Two other places told me it couldn't be done. These guys didn't even blink. Sorted it way faster than I expected. Makes complete sense why they're so busy. When you're that good at what you do AND you clearly love doing it, people notice. Won't be going anywhere else.
These guys were great to work with. Easy to arrange the work, despite my having booked a holiday for part of the time the car was in for repairs. Most helpful, great work, and excellent follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy. Thanks so much for being there for me.
We had our Car go in to get fixed and the staff at GC Collision Center were the best ,they were friendly, helpful from day 1 .Lovely ladies at reception were great and thank you to Renee For your corresponding with us throughout getting our car fixed. To all the staff that work there thank you you made my wife very happy . And a big thank you to Andy he was such a lovely guy and made us feel so welcome from drop off to pick up and went far beyond the customer service That you would get . Absolute legends. Someone left his handbrake and had his car rolled into me a week before I left to Europe. They took me on last minute and had it all repaired by the time I got back. Super grateful. And The work on my Tesla was done perfectly. Definitely recommend.
Tiffany was great, personable and helpful. Although I had to return to replace some parts which hadn't arrived. I discovered this myself, noticing old parts were fitted. Disappointed. Also, The car was dirty on pick up. Improvements required.
