Always available for walk-ins, scooter repair, air pump and good service! Bigyan (owner) has gone above and beyond the help me with my bike and scooter. Bonus, he shares knowledge to better maintain the scooter or bike.
A friendly service, brought my bike in for squeaking brakes. Paid $135 and picked up my bike, but when I tested the brakes right outside, they were still squeaking loudly! Went back in immediately and the mechanic was friendly about it. He replaced the brake pads and then everything worked great (kudos). I appreciate that he made it right without hassle, but, the work should've been done correctly the first time (my guess pads were not replaced at all for 135$ just some adjustment) so If it was just cleaning initially, that seems pretty expensive. Overall, friendly service and they fixed it in the end, but would've preferred not needing a second trip. Thanks for fixing!
The guy at the front was super friendly and helpful. I needed to buy a tube and have a quick adjustment done on my bike. Good selection of parts and lots of bikes to rent.
My second time renting at this bike shop and always a lovely experience here. The owner is so kind and helpful the entire time. The how process to rent the bike was so smooth and easy. Biking around San Francisco was surprisingly fun and easy as the city lanes are biker friendly. The hills were easy to tackle and really fun (downhill), but I was on an ebike which helped alot. I easily biked around the city and to all the major spots. This is definitely a must try when you visit the city. San Francisco was super easy to navigate by bike. This shop is a must visit!!
