I just wanted to take a few minutes to share my experience at this barbershop. I was looking to get a haircut around the 76001 area and accidentally ended up at this shop. Mr. Abdul did an amazing job and honestly saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to drive all the way to Richardson anymore, and I found my barber just two miles from my house. Thank you all.
Ayman did an amazing job! Ive had trouble finding a good barber until today. Ayman knows what he’s doing he’s very personable easy to converse with and very respectful. He confirms before he cuts to ensure you get what you want out of your haircut, will definitely be coming back!
I had an amazing experience getting my haircut! Sam did a perfect mid fade, exactly the way I wanted it. The attention to detail was great, and he really took his time to make sure everything looked sharp and clean. I’m very happy with the results — definitely one of the best haircuts I’ve had. Highly recommend!
Didn’t plan on getting a haircut today… until I spotted a big, red-white-and-blue, inflatable tube man with “Barber Shop” written across his chest, aggressively waving his arms at me lol 👋🏻 That’s how I ended up at Golden Scissors, which is run by Sam and Samy (with Ahmed behind the chair to help keep the haircuts moving). Got a quick $30 adult haircut, which is super affordable, considering that I’ve blown much more at other salons or barbershops for even worse results. Guys are 100% worth the extra tip given their friendly prices for high-quality work✂️ The owners run a tight ship, which is good for me (and the rest of the customers in there today). Place is clean, always swept, and has free coffee and water for guests. Staff have on matching black-and-gold t-shirts which look pretty cool. You can tell they take pride in their work… which imo is mandatory for anyone cutting my hair 🏆 Shop is really easy to find, right off Cooper. And, across the street from El Arroyo / right next to the Neighborhood Doctor (a few Arlington staples). Plenty of free parking too 🅿️ I’ll definitely be back now, not only because it’s a quality shop
First time here. Had a great experience. My 13 year old son don’t trust anyone with his hair…. & finally my son left the barber HAPPY with his haircut. We will definitely be coming back for future cuts! It was very clean inside the shop, they gave complementary waters & turned cartoons on for my 19 month old. Thank you so much for a great experience ☺️
