Seba was such a dream to work with! She and her talented team were able to make an off the rack wedding dress fit like a glove! I was quite particular with how I wanted the dress to fit and they took everything I said and turned it into the most beautiful dress I could have ever worn! A true Cinderella moment. Not to mention all the work she did for my mini dress - now that was a challenge because of all the beading but they absolutely nailed it.
Seba did an amazing job with my dress. She was a pleasure to work with & really cares about your experience and end result. Would highly recommend!!
I am so Glad that I came to Golden Threads to have my wedding gown altered. SeBa is honestly the best!! My dress fits perfectly. Seba is very professional and warm. She made simple suggestions which honestly elevated the look of my dress. I couldn't be any happier with the way my dress fit and looked. I was worried at first as the quality of my dress felt cheaper than the one I tried on in store but by the time all the alterations were complete, it looked like a totally different dress-- so much better than what I imagined! Definitely coming back.
I will be forever grateful that I found Golden Thread Tailoring for my wedding dress. I cannot say enough good things about Seba and her team! I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be. The only sad moment on my wedding day was having to take off the dress because I loved it so much! Seba is kind and wants you to be completely happy with every aspect of your dress. She encourages you to share your questions and concerns. She is attentive and committed to making sure every detail is right. She makes thoughtful suggestions based on her experience and always respects your preferences about the dress. I came into my first appointment nervous. I had tried on a sample dress with a tan skirt lining and ordered it with a white lining instead. Upon trying on the dress, I realized I also wanted the top lined with a white fabric. Seba immediately reassured me it was possible and was happy to add the lining. The result was the dress of my dreams. Seba and her team are highly skilled. For example, they added elastic into the straps of my dress to allow for movement without them slipping down my shoulders. I also appreciated her patience. Seba had me walk around to ensure the dress was the exact right length and sit for several minutes to ensure the corset was not too tight for comfort. My final appointment involved three rounds of minor adjustments, but she continued until the dress was perfect. My wedding dress was a work of art, and I am so grateful to Seba and the Golden Thread Tailoring team!
Seba and team altered both my wedding dresses and they turned out absolutely amazing. She helped me turn my mom’s 90s vintage wedding dress into a reception dress and it totally exceeded my expectations. Both dresses fit perfectly - thank you so much Seba!
