So happy to have found a great nail salon in Tradition. Everyone is very attentive and detailed oriented. Today I had Phoebe and Ivy and they did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure. I definitely recommend this place!
Writing this in regards of my sister who is balling her eyes out right now after coming home from her pedicure. She told her nail tech (small white girl with glasses, don’t know her name) at least THREE different times that the water was boiling hot and all she said was “it will cool”. She burned her feet so bad she can’t even walk. When I tired to call they answered and just left the line open and didn’t say a word. We will NOT be coming back here after being a regular for years. If she blisters we will be seeking legal help.
At first I didn’t had a good experience (first time), but I returned for assistance since I was having pain on my nails for the way they were made. I wasn't sure about returning because I don’t like to complaint or cause any trouble (I work with customers all the time and I do know how annoying it can be lol), but I’m glad I did it. The front desk team was really kind and friendly after I shared my issue. Phoebe was really professional, warming and friendly. She did an amazing job fixing my nails and I don’t feel uncomfortable or painful anymore - more than that, I love them now! Sometimes we don’t receive the service that we expect and decide to don’t give a chance for the place as a way to avoid more disappointment, but I’m so glad I did and I already have a new appt set up with Phoebe. Thank you team. I highly recommend :)
I had a bad experience at another salon the day before, and my nails were left in terrible shape—right before a wedding weekend. I called Gossip Nails, and they assured me they could help. They paired me with Alana, who was absolutely amazing. She took her time, meticulously fixed my nails, and made sure everything was perfect. I left feeling confident and so relieved. Don’t make the same mistake I did—skip the stress and go to Gossip Nails first!
