I was very pleased with the quick response we received when David Waltman came by and gave my wife and I such a great price on the roof repair we needed! I was also very impressed with the repair being completed in such a short time which they did on New Year's Day! I would highly recommend Grand Mark Roofing to anyone looking for any type of roofing! First of all , don't go by the picture that you see on the website , because if that was so if I asked you considering my house and another route , where there's multi , at least say over a dozen spot less than six inches , by six inches , and there's a nail i'm looking at by november 13th or 2025 painting the trimming. And there's a nail sticking on the side of the shingle on the black hill strip, the metal piece there are issues as well employee going through my stuff, even though they had 2 qt and a manager, she's reasonable. I see her did pick up some stuff when she came down. I give her props, but at the end of the day part employee reflects on the company, I mean, would I recommend this company no I wouldn't mind that we could load up our own photos, but they won't let you believe because I tried it, I believe I overpaid overall job if they didn't get the messed up pieces. I believe they would have did a great job but cutting the trimming in an angle where it connects to the 2 / 4 and not connecting right nails, not even into the framing after going in my own time and cut those pieces off because it looks so ugly, but it all depends on you. You want profession maybe because you might be rich, you did paper take a little better job, but after they're done I recommend you looking through it. Being thorough, because there are going to be a lot of nails thinking out and I don't mean through the roof I mean, I mean to the side pieces, not connecting to other pieces, I'll welcome anybody to come to my house if they want to see their work. The recommended things to be replaced and I went with every single one.They asked me to they could recommend sharing things to be replaced.And i'm most likely what do I want with it that i'm looking for well done, job.\nThere is the bag where the gutter got to the succo, but I'm not going to the back cause.I'm busy painting and finding more issues Uber time.I'm not going with this company ever again
Our technician Rob was amazing. On time, friendly, very helpful and honest. Very knowledgeable. Rob performed a diagnostic to tell us why our AC wasn't working. Hands down the best, kept us informed of every step he was doing. You also receive a quote via email with photos and explanation. Very professional and the quote was reasonable. Not over priced like most. Highly recommended.
After having repeat issues with the previous roofing contractor, we reached out to Grandmark based on online reviews and we were not disappointed. the diagnosis and solution were better. we appreciated the attention to detail by the Crew- Miguel & Eduardo. they took their time to do a quality job and were not rushed at all which we really liked. Miguel also went above and beyond to solve an unrelated problem with the gutter. great experience all around.
Our first roofing experience with our 17 year old home. Found out our slopes/valleys were compromised along with 25 other roofing tiles that were cracked or completely broken. Grandmark Service Company came and did a thorough inspection, along with taking pictures of the problem areas and then sat down with us to address them all. They gave us a price on the spot and we felt it was very fair for the amount of work needed. They lifted tiles and found the compromised areas that were going to soon cause major problems and water damage. Grandmark was amazing from start to finish. Their communication was top notch from the time they showed up to do a roof inspection, quote, repairs and then cleanup. Their technicians were very friendly and they were all working extremely hard. This was almost a two day job and they showed up exactly at the times promised. My wife and I now know why they rate 5 stars. That's exactly why we went with them. No doubt we'll use them again for any future inspections and or repairs. What a great experience. Thank you everyone at Grandmark Service Company for a fantastic job!
