We worked with Green City Design last Spring/Summer on a full renovation of our backyard space in Jersey City, and the results have exceeded all expectations. From the initial design phase through to the final execution, the process was thoughtful, collaborative, and professional. Nick was a true partner during the design process, working together through multiple iterations until the vision felt right. Once construction began, his team brought that vision to life with impressive attention to detail. They are hard-working, dependable, and incredibly thorough- surpassing even my high (Virgo-level) standards. While the installation took quite a bit longer than initially planned, Nick and the team pulled everything together in time for a backyard party we previously had on the calendar. Also, the crew needed to walk through our home daily to access the rear yard, and I appreciated how respectful and mindful they were about keeping it as clean as they could. Since the work was completed, we’ve used Green City for Fall and Spring seasonal maintenance (highly recommend- they always leave the yard looking sparkling), and they continue to stand by their work. In fact, nearly a year after the initial install, they returned to make some necessary landscape adjustments once the plants were more mature, which speaks volumes about their commitment to long-term service. We’ve received so many compliments from friends and family, and have recommended Green City to many others. Our backyard finally looks and feels the way we always dreamed it could.
