Chris did a very thorough maintenance service on my heater, checked the AC and hot water tank. He showed up on time, was well and cleanly dressed, and took care to protect my home by wearing shoe covers while inside. He was very professional and personable. We had a routine maintenance check done on our AC system, and Jorge did an excellent job. He was very professional, thorough, and took the time to inspect everything carefully. He checked the main AC unit, the condenser, and each vent throughout the house to make sure everything was working properly and efficiently. Jorge explained what he was doing and made sure we understood the condition of our system, which we really appreciated. The service was smooth, informative, and gave us peace of mind that our AC is in great shape. We highly recommend this company and especially Jorge for anyone needing AC service!
Our Technician Carlos arrived on time and was very kind and professional. He came in with an informational folder with his name and ours on it as well as a cup from his company. He checked out everything he was scheduled to but also took the time to check other things on our mind. He went above and beyond cleaning pieces that he found dirty and we appreciated the attention to detail. He made us feel very comfortable and informed.
