I purchased a bouquet for my spouse for their birthday. I specified their favorite colors and that we needed a cat-safe bouquet for the health of our pets. They delivered a beautiful arrangement. Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful Flowers - she LOVED them. And your staff was SO helpful. I was still trying to figure everything out - what I wanted to order - and missed the noon cut-off for same-day delivery. ARGH. Then I realized that I had not put precisely what I wanted to in the message. So I called to see if y'all could change it - which was no problem (THANKS!!) - and I asked: Is there ANYWAY that you could deliver those today?? The very nice lady asked the delivery guy, and delivered the same day - I was SO pleased (even more so because LITERALLY the woman who I was sending to was wearing a top with red and pink stripes - the flowers matched!! AMAZING coincidence!!) - thank you SO very much!!!
We ordered and received a beautiful, custom arrangement for the table in a nice large vase. The flowers are so fresh and even the greenery is not your standard. And, then all the irises opened up. And, then the tulips opened! And, what we’re left with is just stunning. A work of art. Couldn’t be happier!
When I bought flowers for my mother in law who lives in Cincinnati, I knew they wouldn’t show up looking exactly like the photo. However, the shop promised to achieve the same look or feeling as their image suggests. I posted images of what their website showed and what she received. The image on their website looks like a magical walk through a country garden, just as the description suggests. The bouquet on their website looks artfully arranged. The butterflies float above a handled basket. What she received is okay, but mostly just looks like a bunch of flowers shoved randomly in a much taller, handless basket. I even payed the extra $20 for more/higher quality flowers. They were very courteous about changing the delivery date which is why it’s not one star. Edit: Upon reverse image searching the flowers posted on their website, I found 363 pages of other florists posting the same photo and offering them for sale. While I cannot be sure whether or not this florist actually created the bouquet posted in their photo on their website, it seems doubtful. As well, the owner called me following my review and informed me that the basket they sent does indeed include a handle. It is simply buried within the flowers, which in my mind ruins the effect of it, but a handle is included on the basket all the same.
