Everyone from Guardian Roofing and Gutters was very helpful after a tree fell on our roof. We needed to replace the garage roof and gutters. Josh worked with our homeowners association and insurance company to help cover the costs. They were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. It looks great and we have not had any problems. We have used them before and I would not hesitate to use them again.
This review is only for my experience getting a quote. After weeks of being ignored by other roofing companies, guardian quickly answered the phone and scheduled a quick and convenient time for someone to come out and give me a quote. Although guardian may not be able to repair my damaged carport roof, Ron and his assistant Blake were knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to investigate my roof issues on my carport and even had a look at a separate area for me. I was so impressed that I won’t hesitate to go back to guardian with any future roofing needs for my house!

Andrew showed me the condition of my roof with a really cool video and that all I needed was a couple of repairs and to remove the moss. This review addresses my recent experience with Guardian Roofing, highlighting a significant disconnect between the quality of their work and the professionalism of their customer service and communication. While the final roofing job was of high quality, the process was filled with issues that made the overall experience extremely frustrating and, at times, alarming. The first issue began when the crew arrived ten days ahead of our scheduled appointment without any prior notice or confirmation. My partner was at home in an online meeting, and the crew began work without checking in. This unannounced arrival was not only disruptive but also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for our personal schedule and property. The situation was compounded when the crew left our back gate ajar, leading to a serious safety risk. Our dog, a beloved family member, escaped and was missing for two hours. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and goes far beyond a simple inconvenience. Additionally, the work led to some of my outdoor chair cushions being ruined, which I now need to replace. Again, had they not showed up 10 days early this would not have been an issue! Following these incidents, I made three separate phone calls to speak with a manager, but my calls were not returned. It wasn't until my third attempt that I finally received a call back. This demonstrates a clear breakdown in their customer service protocol and a disregard for client concerns. The company's final offer of a mere $50 discount for all this trouble—from the unannounced arrival to the lost dog—was dismissive and insulting. The quality of Guardian Roofing's finished work, was decent but see the attached photos of the area they neglected to clean. I cannot in good conscience recommend them based on their poor customer service and communication. The lack of professionalism, disregard for personal property, and the severe safety oversight with the gate were major failures. Potential customers should be aware that the high quality of their roofing work may come with a deeply frustrating and irresponsible service experience.
