I had an excellent experience with the Hair Restoration Institute in DFW. From the very first consultation, the customer service was outstanding, professional, informative, and genuinely attentive. They walked me through multiple options and helped me choose the best path forward, which for me was an FUE hair transplant. The staff consistently makes themselves available for quick questions, which really helped put me at ease throughout the process. Taylor, the Operations Director, has clearly built a strong team that delivers professional, high-quality service. They take a very comprehensive, long-term approach to hair restoration. In addition to the procedure, they offer hair care products to support healing and regrowth, red light therapy treatments, haircuts tailored for post-transplant care, genetic testing, and custom medications and vitamins as part of an ongoing care plan. Pricing was very reasonable, and the entire experience from consultation to the procedure and the follow-up aftercare has been phenomenal. I’m excited to see the results and plan to update this review as they come in. If you’re considering a hair transplant, I highly recommend giving them a call.
I’ve been coming in for over a year now and I’m always supper excited of how my hair comes out. I recently went it with a new stylist name Jeremiah, and he knocked it out of the park. He totally understood my vision and executed it. I’ve never loved my hair more. I left feeling so confident. My hair look exactly like it did when I was in high school and I couldn’t be any happier. You guys have to give him a try he was amazing and supper nice guy.

I truly cannot explain how thankful I am for Taylor and his team at the Hair Restoration Institute of DFW. I started noticing hair loss when I was about 14, and I went to doctors and other facilities but was always told I was just losing hair due to stress. When I found the Hair Restoration Institute online 6 years later, I was at a loss for what to do about my hair loss, but Taylor really helped me discover next steps for a hair transplant/treatment process in a way that felt personal and like I was in the right place. Every visit leading up to the treatment, and every visit since, has been amazing. They truly care about how you are doing and any questions or concerns you may have throughout the entire process. Since my hair transplant about 5 months ago, I have seen exponential growth and am now comfortable to put my hair up in a ponytail without being conscious about people seeing my scalp. And I’m still seeing MORE growth!! My family and friends have noticed, and it all because of Taylor and his team. I cannot recommend HRI of DFW enough. From the first consultation, getting the first hair system, and the follow up appointment, they have been amazing! I have wanted to get a hair system for years but was scared to pull the trigger. This has been the easiest process and they are pros at what they do. I love my hair now and I have so much more confidence. Taylor and Michele truly changed my life!
