The menu is simple and for that I love it. No need to overcomplicate a menu when your good at something already. I got the jalapeño burger,hammy fries, onion rings and a smash burger. Fries are a solid 8 out of 10 Burgers are a solid 8 out of 10 The onion rings are a 8 out of 10 This is definitely a place I'd return to so simple yet so good. The guy behind the counter seemed to have a bit of an attitude but its probably how I addressed him when I initially inquired about the jalapeño burger. This place is really good I highly recommend it. The prices are reasonable as well given the quality of the food. I paid about 40$ for 4 food items.
Place smacks. Gourmet burgers at a great price. That jalapeño one is not a joke. Fresh burgers you won’t be disappointed!

Hammy’s Smash Burgers is a must try! The owner’s super chill and the food’s fire. Tried the bacon smash burger and it was amazing. If you’re in Downtown LA, definitely pull up!
A small spot located in DTLA. The place was dirty with crumbs on the tables. Restroom was filthy. Had high chairs but no where to change my baby at in the restroom. Not enough room for a stroller in the restroom to be able to use for changing. Employees had no hairnets on which I find inappropriate in the food business. Ordered the double with fries and was disappointed. The burger had no taste/flavor to eat. The fries were good. They were crispy. My boyfriend ordered the same but with onion rings and they were crispy as well. He also ordered the jalapeño burger to try and it had too many jalapeños on it to the point that that’s all you were tasting. Would not be going back.
