We love Hamstra. They installed our A/C / furnace system almost 10 years ago when converting from a cooler. They always provide exceptional service. Paying for a yearly preventive maintenance plan is well worth the money, and so beneficial for priority service when something breaks. Their techs are always knowledgeable and professional. Richard, the technician who provided today's service was, polite, courteous, and a good listener. He thoroughly answered all my questions, provided me with good information, and offered good advice. We have been customers of Hamstra Heating and Cooling for over 27 years. Each and every time, we need service, it adds up to excellence with Hamstra. A new HVAC system was recently installed by Steve and Mikey. We felt they did outstanding work. We could see they were highly skilled, understood every inch of the job, well. I am a person with extensive allergies. I was quite satisfied with their kind attention to my many inquiries. Hamstra just replaced our HVAC and we couldn't be happier. While my husband dealt with the whole process from sales to installation to further fine-tuning, he said everyone was super friendly and professional. David and Andrew came out today to make sure we had proper air-flow (we have complicated duct work), and I could see they were committed to getting the job done right. We're definitely happy we went with Hamstra and would recommend them to anyone.
