Recently found a nail in one of my rear winter tires after swapping out my all-seasons. I requested an appointment ASAP since I re-start my work stretch later in the week. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and had the tire patched, which was much appreciated. Always a fantastic experience with extremely professional staff at Hansma Auto.
My truck broke down right before a holiday weekend and needed to get towed out of my driveway to their business. I called 15 shops and no one else was available but they made time for my vehicle. They were super helpful and professional and got my truck in before the holiday not leaving me completely at a loss. This was my first time there and I will definitely be back. Great business and seem very trustworthy.

I had a very positive experience with Hansma Automotive. Excellent communication from start to finish. They provided me with a free loaner car for the day.... Absolutely no hassle - made the entire thing way smoother. I especially liked that they txt message me a link to the diagnostic report for my vehicle with detailed pictures. They provided a quote and I was asked to authorize before starting the work - very efficient and transparent. The shop area and office were really clean, tidy, and organized which is an obvious sign that the employees and owner take a lot of pride in their work. Overall, excellent service and value. Would definitely recommend.
