The hair purchased was of poor quality and had a strong fragrance as if it had been doused heavily in perfume. The owner, Mia, responded to my email where she asked me to come in for an exchange. She was unprofessional and did not honor the exchange as she had no similar products in stock. Overall terrible experience and $300 down the drain.
I have never had anything but stellar and positive experiences from Haute Hair. I am on my 4th purchase from them and each time the hair quality is superior. It is honestly like it grew out of my head and lasts for a long time. I do everything with it, and always receive compliments on my hair and have referred them several times over the years. Also, the customer service is top notch! My recent experience was the first time I ordered the hair for shipment/delivery, and the timeframe provided was 3-5 business days, but it came in 2 business days and was perfectly packaged and preserved. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this business and their services. Thank You Haute Hair!!
I’ve been sending my clients and friends here to purchase hair . I went in last Thursday to get the hair , they did not have it in stock . I ordered it , and they said it will come in yesterday (7 days later) and they will call me . I had to reach out to them , they said the order doesn’t look like it was going to be in , so they offered me a different texture and one tight curl Cambodian and the other tight curl Indian . The tight curl Indian which was 14 inches weft was way shorter than the Cambodian 16 inch . Since I got the order so late , I didn’t have time before my client to come in to customize the lace . The lace was way whiter than I expected . Which I didn’t get to see it ahead of time. And the cherry on top is , after I paid $404 for hair and waited a week, and got the wrong hair , they made me tell them my card number over the phone to Uber it to me . The front desk did the best she could , but business owner to business owner , sometimes it’s best to show customer service and bite the nail . The hair being sent should have been a courtesy. Then she offered me a credit of $20 on my account . That’s not worth it , I will have to find somewhere else to refer clients.
I was so happy to install bundles from this company. Unfortunately the hair is tangled and unable to hold a curl. I’ve reached out to the seller and I am waiting for a response. UPDATE: After reaching out to Haute Hair they were willing to help me resolve the issue. Although a refund would have been ideal, I was aware of the no-refund policy. I am nervous to pay for another install but I am grateful for all of their help! Customer service was definitely 5 stars.
I did not have a good experience with Haute Hair. The clips-ins I purchased from Haute Hair tangled and matted upon first use. I’ve bought quality clip-ins before that were well made and lasted for years so I know the difference between good and poor quality. I contacted the owner to return the merchandise for a refund and was denied. I was offered care instructions that I followed twice but no matter how I treated the hair it matted and tangled when worn. I sent a few sets of pictures of the hair to the owner as she requested and she agreed that the product was defective. But the owner would not agree to give me a refund. She finally offered me a replacement of the same hair (which I didn’t want to take the risk of having the same headache again). The owner only offered a replacement after I jumped through hoops, I had to call several times, email, and send several sets of pictures. I asked if she could replace for another type of clip-in, thinking it would be better quality, the owner denied. The owner kept talking about her supplier fixing the problem, which as a customer I don’t care about your supplier, I just want a result. My time is valuable and it was wasted. My customer experience with the owner was unpleasant. I was hoping that this would be my new go to spot but I will NEVER purchase from here again. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the product and the customer service.
