When I first went in there about a year ago, I was astounded by the selection of craft beers they have. I have been there several times, but after looking at a couple of their charges on my bank statement, I got a funny feeling that I was being overcharged. I never took a receipt with me after my purchases and never paid attention to what I was being charged. Today, I decided to pay more attention than I typically would. The beer was $12.99 at the cooler, but I was being charged $13.99. I told the person at the register that it was marked a dollar cheaper at the cooler, and his response was that they were down to two six-packs of it. The store policy is that when they are that low on inventory, their policy is to raise the price a dollar. Is that even legal? Knowing that he was aware he was overcharging me and wasn't going to say anything to me, I don't trust him anymore. There is a big selection, and they keep it cold; however, that is offset by today's experience. Because they are a bit pricey, I would have likely given them four stars if I were doing a review yesterday. Today, I can't justify more than one.
Roger... the owner & proprietor is the best small business owner I've ever met! Coming from a West Point graduate means a lot. I've never had so much personal attention and care from an owner of any business! He beats the heck out of the Corporates! Call Havana Liquor when you need loyalty, dependency & a friendly door knock!
The store is simply great! So are the owners of this store. I have been to liquor store around me, but nobody has the prices like this place does and the type of selection this store has. Ever since the ownership has been changed this place has gotten 1,000 times better. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Keep it up.
Ich habe diesen Ort erst vor ein paar Wochen zufällig entdeckt! Der Besitzer Jared kennt sich aus. Er ist hilfsbereit und hat einige gute Empfehlungen für so ziemlich jedes Getränk, das du suchst. Der Laden hat eine schöne Bierauswahl und führt auch einige schöne Spirituosen. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
