I have been training with Keaton at Haven Training for about 3 months now to improve my overall fitness, functional movement and pickleball level. I met Keaton at a booth he had setup at a pickleball tournament and loved his approach. I’ve played sports at high levels for many years so I’ve had many trainers. Keaton and Haven Training set themselves apart in my opinion by their functional approach to movement and training. His background and experience is unlike anything around. My knees and hip had been bothering me for years prior to seeing him to the point I was seriously considering a knee replacement. Through his evaluation, he realized that my lack of hip flexibility and associated areas were causing me to compensate causing the knee issues. Through working and training on moving correctly and flexibility, I feel better than I can remember and have won two tournaments recently. The latest one this past weekend was a 6 hour tournament and I have almost no knee and hip pain. I highly recommend Keaton and Haven training to everyone!!!
Keaton at Haven Training is amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and very personable as a trainer you couldn't ask for anything more. He works and alters training based on your needs and your goals from recovering from an injury to injury prevention. I have been working with Keaton on specific Pickleball stretches, flexibility, strength and injury prevention. Each step of the way he continues to push you to do more while explaining the purpose and importance for each thing we work on. If you are looking for a trainer make sure to check him out!
Keaton is hands down the best and most knowledgeable personal trainer that I have ever had. His initial assessment is one I've never had any other trainer do and from that he is able to gather your goals and create a plan specifically for your needs to achieve those goals, to feel better and perform better. It has been 2 & 1/2 months and I no longer have the daily aches and pains that I had before training with Keaton. I have never been more productive and efficient in my business as a result so far! Highly Recommend!
I have truly enjoyed training with Keaton. My main goal is to lose a couple pounds but really tone everywhere. Keaton has pushed me to be able to workout and lift weight that I thought I could never do. I feel A LOT more stronger than when I first started. He has also been extremely flexible with me and my time. He is an all around genuine person. I would highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re barely starting your gym journey or gym rat, he will help, check in with you, and push where needed.
