We’ve used Hawkboyz Moving three times and each time was great! Apartment to storage unit, unit to house, house to 2 story house. Not once did we hear anyone complain and everyone was polite and constantly working. We will probably always use Hawkboyz and will definitely recommend them!
Hawkboyz did an amazing job with my move! The team was professional and efficient.They arrived on time and worked at a good pace. The entire process was very smooth from booking to signing my receipt. I would recommend them and use them again.
By far the worst moving experience I’ve had. Hiring movers is supposed to alleviate stress during the moving process and it did not. They are definitely not professional movers. They didn’t introduce themselves upon arrival. They didn’t have tools to disassemble my bed. Didn’t wrap all my furniture. One of the movers took a piece of my sectional down the stairs by himself. They were supposed to come back the next day to move my bed and did not. I reached out to the owner to discuss a partial refund and never received a response. I feel that time was wasted looking for tools to take my bed apart, arguing, and complaining. Lesson learned. I will never hire movers from Groupon again.
Great experience with Hawkboyz! Contacted on Thursday and they had furniture moved out on Saturday! Excellent quick work and no damage. Nice and courteous as well which added to the experience! Great value as well.
I had a terrible experience with this company. The two movers who showed up to my job had already been working six hours straight with no break on another move before coming to mine. They were clearly exhausted — one of them nearly fainted during the job, and I actually had to help them move my own furniture just to get it done safely. The move itself was simple — two bedrooms, first floor to first floor, only a 12-minute drive — yet they charged me $890. For that price, I expected a professional, well-staffed crew and efficient service, not overworked employees struggling to keep going. This company is poorly managed, exploitative of its workers, and overcharges customers. I do not recommend using them.
